Hello Dartt Family. My Daddy loves the song that Tracy wrote, "God on the Mountain" - My parents raised 4 daughters, no sons. My parents are great people - my Dad is now 79 years old - now living in a nursing home - We never saw it coming! But God gave me a stroke almost 3 years ago - it came from no where! But I was never afraid - I was in ICU 7 days/in the hospital 20 days total - that enough about me but.......Mother then let go about Daddy, 3 of us daughters now live in the Atlanta area (from Chattanooga, TN) - Going back to the song, "God on the Mountain" - I copied the song and it is now hanging Daddy room - My Daddy can not move, can not speak, he has been living at the "Soddy-Daisy Health Care Center" since February, 2009, living off a feeding tube - it breaks our hearts to see him that way. Is he in pain? We don't know - but we pray! This has lead me to explore "Upper Cervical" - God has lead me on a wonderful journey - He does not give us more than we can handle - I was raised in a Christian home as a small child - I am now 53 years old. I was exploring the website this morning and God lead me to Tracy's song. I noticed one of the CD's has "God on the Mountain" is there others that has that song on it or would it be possible to get it printed by you all and have Tracy to sign it and/or a picture? My Daddy's name is Dennis McClendon. My Daddy only had a 9th grade education but God gave him a great head on his shoulder's, great hands, strenght of a lion, and a heart like no body else - my parents owned a commercial construction company, a gun club (Montlake Public Shootng Center) - Daddy has so many friends - we have seen so many people that we daughters have not seen in 40 years come by to see Daddy - I thank you in advance for your reply! I just saw/heard Lynda Randle singing "God on the Mountain" for the umpteenth time (part of a Gaither Homecoming special presented on cable), and I never tire of hearing it! As a pastor who has given counsel and encouragement to many church members over the years, but has not received a lot of counsel and encouragement in that same time frame, I need to be reminded that God is with me in the valleys. Thank you!

Hello to all of you.
We were blessed to find Stone and BJ in Yuba City CA when they were here about a week & a half ago. I am glad to hear that Tracy is doing as well as can be expected. I know that dialysis can be trying on everyone, since it takes up so much time. David has been on it for several years now, and there is little hope of him getting a transplant. I really hope that you will be able to get one. Please pray for David, as he is back in the hospital and will probably / hopefully be able to stay in a rehab / convalescent hospital that he likes in Martinez. He has spent so much time in a hospital somewhere for the last 18 months at least. We are at peace about this.

We were thinking about you both today and want you to know that we are praying for the Dartt Family.
Gary has been serving as Interim Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Taylorville, Il since August of 2009. This was his first Pastorate back in the late 60's & early 70's.
They needed someone to take them through some difficult circumstances and since Gary had retired last May, He was glad to come and help them. They are in the process of interviewing prospective candidates and we anticipate that they will be ready to call someone as early as April.

I recently purchased a DVD from Calvin Gann, a friend, here in Panama City, FL. I was thrilled to see the Dartts on the video. You see, as a teen-ager growing up in Marysville, CA, Tracy frequented our church, Bible Baptist Church on many occasions. I was thrilled to see what I consider and old friend from my childhood on this DVD. If the Dartts ever get the chance to come even remotely close to Panama City, please let me know. I would love to see you again.

Don't know if you would remember me, I'm Freeman Jones' son. I was close to Stone as a kid at Calvary Baptist. The Stewards stated my "clsot" love of gosple quartets. That was hard for a kid playing in a rock band. Tracy had such an amazing range, and they had such a great sound. I used to get a kick out of watching Charlie.

The song God on the Mountain is my favorite song. My mom and I sing it together. She is the one that introduced me to it. I lost my husband last year and when she heard the song she wrote down the words to it to sing to me. I still have trouble singing it sometimes but I really have a happy heart hearing it.
